Our Institution provides integral assistance to disabled people, their families, and the community through diagnose, consultancy, assistance, advisory, and training during admission, permanency, and egress phases through protection, empowerment, and education services intended to satisfy our users’ needs by applying high technology, scientific methods, and a highly professional human talent.
The “Instituto de Capacitación Los Álamos” has a Quality Management System based on the continuous improvement of our services to reach a high degree of efficiency and efficacy to the benefit of our users.
The Quality Policy has been established for the senior management, considering the institutional organizational goals and needs and expectations of the users with which we have permanent communication.

For to meet our purpose to inclusion, integral assistance to restore and assure rights to disabled Population and qualified our human team, we have with alliances and Collaboration Agreements as: ICBF, Itagüi Municipality, Medellin Municipality, Comfama, Comfenalco, National Police of Colombia, CES University, Salamanca University –INICO- (Spain).
